We envision a future where industrial parks are more than just spaces—they are dynamic ecosystems fostering growth, collaboration, and sustainability.
As Latvia’s pioneering industrial developer, we create environments where businesses thrive, innovation flourishes, and industries advance. Our goal is to set new standards in industrial infrastructure by integrating smart solutions and cross-sector partnerships within our industrial real estate services.
We believe success is built together—by supporting businesses at every stage, we enable them to compete globally while growing locally. Together, we drive the industry forward.
The majority of our tenants are manufacturing companies.

As part of our ecosystem, we own and operate the energy distribution networks within our industrial parks. Since our focus is primarily on manufacturing tenants, energy security is a key priority. Manufacturers rely on a stable supply of electricity, gas, and heat—and in the near future, also green energy.
Our parks are equipped with high power capacity, enabling rapid setup for clients requiring significant energy resources. Each park is connected to two independent electrical inputs, ensuring redundancy and uninterrupted power supply.
We operate two solar parks with a total capacity of 2.7 MW, supported by BESS systems for frequency stabilisation. Our infrastructure also includes >1.25 million Nm³ of annual natural gas consumption and >170,000 m³ of annual water consumption.
Energy solutions are a major factor in manufacturing. We continuously explore innovations to develop industrial symbiosis, using by-products and resources from both our infrastructure and our tenants to store, generate, and reuse energy across different applications.

Efficient park operations rely heavily on low-current systems, which we design, build, and manage internally.
A key aspect of any business is operational oversight—monitoring risks, responding swiftly, and maintaining control across all levels. Reporting for a single company differs greatly from that of a diversified holding, which is why proper IT architecture, infrastructure, and data structure are vital.
Real estate cannot be fully understood through EBITDA and revenue alone—it is a tangible asset, subject to depreciation, activity, and environmental impact. What gets measured gets managed.
Despite being one of the oldest and largest asset classes, real estate remains one of the least transparent. That’s why we are developing digital twin technologies that enable detailed analysis down to the square metre, streamline operations, and demonstrate the quality and efficiency of our properties—bringing transparency to the real estate market.

Construction and design are integral to our operations—whether assisting tenants with expansion or developing our own industrial parks. Fast build times and competitive pricing are essential to our approach. Having a dedicated design-and-build partner ensures clear communication, precise execution, and efficient project delivery.
We also promote modular construction, allowing scalable solutions that adapt to each client’s needs.
Our goal is to establish a streamlined, semi-green construction approach to developing industrial real estate.
